1、美国住宅价格：
美国房价均价是4083.97元人民币/平米，就是676美元/平米。
截止2014年2月底，美国房价均价是16.96万美元，比去年上涨6.3%，加州是40.37万美元。根据住宅建筑商协会National Association of Home Builders，美国的平均家庭规模为2700平方呎，也就是250.83平米。注意，美国的房子的车库、走廊不算面积的。也没有公摊面积。是净居住面积。
这样美国的房价是16.96万美元/250.83平米，折合成人民币是169600*6.04/250.83=4083.97元/平米。
平均房价：这个数据我是在zillow上面查的，很方便，就是美国2014年2月平均房价，16.96万美元。
